Chris Krebs is the Chief Intelligence and Public Policy Officer and President of PinnacleOne. Formally, he was the inaugural director of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). In that role, Krebs led the Nation’s civilian cyber defense agency, working alongside businesses and government agencies to protect against an expanding set of cybersecurity threats. Before joining DHS, Krebs led Microsoft’s U.S. cybersecurity policy efforts. Krebs also Co-Chairs the Aspen Institute’s U.S. Cybersecurity Working Group and is a CBS News Contributor.
